Lola Obomighie is an accomplished and seasoned HR professional who is enthusiastic and results-driven. She is a healthcare executive serving as the Vice President of People, Culture and Organizational Effectiveness at a regional healthcare organization. With close to 20 years of experience across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors in England and Ontario, Lola has developed a wealth of progressive skills, knowledge, and experience. She is an equity, diversity, and inclusion advocate and an insatiable learner. Lola eagerly maintains continuous professional development, holding a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Statistics and an MSc. Human Resources Management. She is a Certified Human Resources Executive designated by the HRPA, and is a Certified Health Executive recognized by the Canadian College of Health Leaders. Lola is a Certified Associate in Project Management, acknowledged by the Project Management Institute, and she remains a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in England. Lola is currently enrolled in the Rotman Global Executive MBA for Healthcare and the Life Sciences. Since earning her Labour Relations certificate from Queen’s IRC, Lola has joined the team as a valued facilitator, contributing to two of its programs. She is dedicated to community service and is currently a member of the Board of Governors at an independent private school in Northumberland County.

Wylie Burke is an innovation consultant, educator, and leadership coach with over 15 years of experience in business administration, HR, organizational design, strategic and operational planning, and leading high-performing teams. She teaches Talent Management and Managing Workplace Conflicts at Queen’s University and is a leadership coach through the University of Toronto’s Centre for Learning and Leadership. Wylie has worked with organizations like United Way, CIBC, and SickKids, leading cultural transformations and large-scale change strategies. Passionate about unleashing potential, she specializes in aligning strategy with organizational structure and creating sustainable, people-centred solutions. Wylie holds an MBA from Queen’s University, an Honours Sociology degree from York University, and is an Adler Trained Coach.
