The call for equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in our workplaces is omnipresent – from boards of directors, employees, and organizational partners. While the importance of inclusive workplace cultures is widely recognized, the path to achieving them is less clear.

During this webinar, Sena and Janet will share insights and invite discussions on key steps to support success in building and implementing a workplace EDI plan.

In this webinar, you will:

  • Foster deeper engagement within your organization
  • Gain clarity on organizational engagement through EDI
  • Learn how to have constructive conversations about this complex topic with others
