Mark Coulter

Mark Coulter brings over 20 years of HR experience across retail, consumer goods, and consulting. He specializes in end-to-end talent management and organizational development, including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, succession planning, culture integration, and organizational design. Mark has led HR teams to attract, develop, and retain top talent, enhancing engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness. He holds a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University and is pursuing executive coaching certification. In 2023, he co-created a mentorship program for MIR students and remains deeply involved in advancing the profession through HRPA, post-graduate teaching, and Disrupt HR events.
