Deborah Hudson

Linda Allen-Hardisty is an organizational development professional who earned a Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation from the International Coach Federation, and an EMCC Global Individual Team Coaching Accreditation. Linda earned an Organizational Development Certificate from Queen’s University IRC and a Master of Education from the University of Regina. She is a Forbes Coaches Council member known for her practical approach to OD challenges. Over her 20-year career, Linda has helped leaders enhance their success, serving as a facilitator and advisor in executive development, strategy, team effectiveness, and emotional intelligence. Linda’s experience spans various industries, including oil and gas, healthcare, and government, where she held leadership roles and drove cultural transformations.

Linda facilitates our Performance Coaching and Building Trust programs.

Deborah Hudson, a founding partner of Hudson Sinclair LLP, has practiced labour and employment law since being called to the Ontario Bar in 2008. She represents employers and employees, advising on all stages in all stages of the employment relationship, including contracts, accommodations, human rights matters, and termination. Deborah emphasizes the importance of early and productive resolution discussions when possible and appropriate. In circumstances where resolution is not achievable or advantageous, Deborah advocates on behalf of her clients in all legal forums. She also conducts workplace investigations as an independent investigator, handling matters such as harassment, bullying, human rights matters, privacy breaches and fraud. Deborah has authored and contributed to many publications concerning workplace issues.
