Advanced HR Program: A New Kind of Mastery

This April, Queen's IRC will launch a new three-day program, Advanced HR, that is designed for mid-career human resources and labour relations professionals. The program is a sign of the times; we are at a pivot point in the evolution of the HR world. There is a growing consensus that HR professionals are facing a new set of expectations that touch not merely the function of HR but its core purpose.

What are these new expectations? And what new competencies will HR professionals need to master in order to stay relevant? In designing its new program to address these questions, Queen's IRC has turned to the latest theory- and practice-based research worldwide.
