Paul Johnson, award-winning CEO of Quantum5X Technologies in London, Ontario, advised the IRC's OD Foundations participants to sharpen their communication skills. Some of his advice: Speak in the language of the business, communicate impact rather than activities, demonstrate that you understand process and can lead a team, and get agreement on your proposed activities as they relate to vision and mission. Johnson had choice words as well for his fellow CEOs.
