This one-day program is designed for those seeking an opportunity to better understanding to measure employee performance, which is critical to achieving organizational objectives and effectively managing people. Successful performance management systems can lead to improved organizational results and a competitive advantage in terms of employee performance and recruitment and retention of top talent.

The session is intended to provide an in-depth process for designing, implementing, and evaluating performance management programs. You will come away better able to link your organization’s strategy to performance metrics and rewards. You will have several opportunities to practice what you learn through role plays, case studies, and other activities. The lecture and workshop methodology will give you the opportunity to consider how to apply concepts to your situation as well as learn from others facing similar challenges.
