New Programs for the 2011-2012 Season

This year, the second program in our Advanced Labour Relations certificate will be launched. Strategic Grievance Handling will run twice in Toronto (May 1-4 and Oct 16-19), and in Victoria (Nov 20-23). Strategic Grievance Handling will help you to develop techniques and processes to manage grievances efficiently. You will come away from this program with the big-picture perspective, as well as the skills that you can use back at work to confidently handle all steps in the grievance process.

After a successful debut in the Fall of 2011, the second program in our new Advanced Human Resources series, Talent Management, will run again in Toronto (March 6-7) and in Calgary (Oct 30-31). This program will give you a roadmap to building an effective talent management strategy that will turn a potential vulnerability into a competitive edge. We will teach you to identify the right mix of individuals, plug gaps, and keep the pipeline filled with skilled and motivated workers all aligned with corporate goals.

Succession Planning is the third program in our new Advanced Human Resources series. It will be launched this fall, with the first program offering in Calgary (Nov 1-2).
