Stacey Allerton Stacey Allerton was appointed vice president, human resources, Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited in June 2003.

She joined Ford Motor Company in 1990 and has held various human resources positions in the United States and Canada.

Stacey has served as Ford's lead negotiator for the 2005, 2008, and 2009 CAW National Negotiations, successfully reaching agreements to support Ford's vision for a sustainable and competitive business environment in Canada while protecting employees' interests. In addition, she has responsibility for all aspects of human resources for the 7,000 employees at Ford's Canadian operations.

Stacey serves on the Board of Directors for Ford Motor Company of Canada, Ltd and Hamilton Health Sciences. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Michigan State University.
