Failes, Michael
Michael graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was the recipient of the prize in labour law. He subsequently received his LL.M from Queen's University Law School and was a policy advisor with the Ontario Ministry of Labour, prior to joining Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP in 1986. The firm specializes in advocacy before administrative tribunals, trial and appellate advocacy and collective bargaining negotiations. In addition, it provides proactive advice and strategic planning assistance to management in all areas of labour and employment law.
