Michael Failes is a partner in the management, labour and employment law firm of Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP in Toronto. Michael graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was the recipient of the prize in labour law. He subsequently received his LL.M from Queen's University Law School and was a policy advisor with the Ontario Ministry of Labour, prior to joining Filion Wakely Thorup Angeletti LLP in 1986.
